I certainly will be checking the valves and adjusting to .008mm for added assurance every 2500 miles.

I'm glad CSC helped take care of it! They are doing a good...

Thats strange, do you have pics? I wonder if a small bit of sealant from break in clogged part of the oil lubrication system.

Exhaust tight? Sounds like loose or bad exhaust gasket or really loose valve clearance.
