That's strange man, I have a 200 and a 39T rear sprocket and I can't get outta 4th(65mph EZ). Get great gas mileage and 4th gear doesn't even raise an octave at 8K RPM. So, I think all this good...

Oh, I think your in luck if it's an 18inch rear rim. I have a whole bag of em with nipples. I had the discovery of my rear going out on me a few years ago when I bought a HISUN VIVA200SE bike used....
