Thanks guys, I did some further testing tonight and I am pretty sure it is the starter motor so I have ordered a new one from ebay... Will let you know what happens :thanks:

Maybe try cleaning the carb, I just had similar...

Maybe try cleaning the carb, I just had similar issues with a quad that had been left sitting for months. Also replace the fuel filter and fuel lines as they can get gummed up
