it Looks like there is a gap between the bolt head and the intake ,try a washer or two in there to take up that gap .Also ,you may try a thicker gasket or oring depending on what it has .

It’s probably not leaking because of the threads as long as they are solid ,it’s more than likely the intake is cracked ,or the gasket is not sealing properly

You can cheat and wheelie the bike onto a table or something while you adjust the valve , but yes some oil will be dripping out .Since the bike only takes a litre or so ,it’s usually not a big deal...

I can’t see the engine mounts ,so assuming it really is a 110 cc ,you can use any Honda horizontal clone engine ,like from a pitbike etc.,but a kickstarter usually doesn’t work as there is no place...

We need some pictures of what you have in order to help you ,generally China bikes are thrown together with generic parts ,so a picture of the engine will get the ball rolling .

Yes ,it’s easy ,just make sure you get a long enough bit as the clutch cover and the flywheel cover don’t allow close access for a drill .

I think that would be a crapshoot .It has never been hard to cut and reweld them properly ,I would be afraid of getting something shipped in that is just as messed up as the one you are starting with...
