Called Mefast, they advertised a TMEC 200 with 17/17 wheels, wanted a price, we got them but not in the 17/17.....why advertise them then??

I did find a Storm 250 at a regular motorcycle shop out the door at $1895 alreat assembled , prepped, and set up, title paper work should be easy, not sure if its a deal or not.
