The plugs looked fine, a little black but probably from cloged air filter but maybe bad rings/blowby.

I have to convince people of that. It also seems that italika Jets the bikes to run at some 5000 feet or so. I have made (long time ago) a hose that fit perfectly on the idle...

you can make your own gaskets from cereal boxes or from special material from any automotive/ hardware store. ask for "gasket sheets" or something...

After further inspection. i cant just swap...
After further inspection. i cant just swap sprockets unless i remove all my chainguide plastics (a lot) because of the way things line up. the wear on the side of the front sprocket is pretty minor....
