Check that you coil has a good ground to the chassis. Also check that you didn't accidently hit the kill switch. many of us have been guilty of doing that including myself.

The idle mixture screw only effects the idle mixture. As red2003mentioned. You might try raising or lowering the needle to see if that clears it up.

Yes, I'm really enjoying riding the Lycan. I haven't checked the actual fuel mileage yet, but it sips the fuel. I think somebody is playing a trick on me and dumping fuel in the tank at night. lol

A 32PWK is a bit on the large size for a stock motor. Even a 30 PKW can be a pain to tune. The best carb for your bike would be a Nibbi PE28fl. Easier to tune and work great with these engines....

That's about the average miles i would get out the front tires on my Hawk. I haven't put a whole lot of miles on my KPX yet. Something about having too many bikes and not enough time to ride them...

Welcome aboard! Sorry I can't help with a stock replacement. Why not just get a pod filter? Lots of them available on Amazon. Just measure the size of the carb and search that size. Usually in mm....
