so, had an old carb laying around,m,

swapped the choke thing still... nothing new.
put the old choke on the old carb and swapped the old for the new
and it is working.

here is what i found...
moved the needle up...
here is what i found...
moved the needle up one= no difference
moved the needle down one no difference
took air filter cover off and started and manually plugged the intake and let air in when...

well, I took pictures and the motor out and...
well, I took pictures and the motor out and apart,,, but the pics didnt survive :( so here is what i know. it is the large motor as it is 11.5 inches mount hole to shaft. so I took the top end out...

No I hit nothing.it was fine then I pulled the tire off.put a new tube in.put the tire on and went for a testdrive and.bounce bounce bounce. So I took the rim off again and spun it and it wobbled up...

thank you all, i dont know what route i will take, being that I have 250 into the bike and i might if lucky be able to get 700$ for it running, i dont know if i want to put a new 300$ motor in it.
