Governor
Is there another governor some where on or in the carburetor to adjust on the 250, other than the screw on throttle?

Update, found out chain was to loose (dumbass),...
Update, found out chain was to loose (dumbass), problem fixed. Was funny though had to cut nut of tension bolt left side. Was stripped in middle of bolt!! Never hand that happen before. Found bigger...
