I really haven't put enough on it yet, real life keeps getting in the way, along w/the weather LOL. As for seat height, that should fit you pretty comfortably.

Most of the noise seems to be coming from the front fork/handle bar area and the gas tank mount. The rear isn't too bad, just a little squeaky with my fat self on the shock absorbers LOL.
