Hot Oil

On the hot oil note. Would synthetic oil possibly get to hot? that is what I was running in it? I would think it would run cooler in a air cooled engine. I could be wrong though.

It seems it was the stator. I saw it running today up at the dealer. They are checking the cable that runs the tach now. Since I am on my 2nd tach Lifan thinks it's the cable.
