Engine number
The engine number is behind the gear shift. You dont have to have it but they will ask for it and its a great idea to have it on record.

Welcome and congrats on the new bike. You'll have no trouble getting it plated in MN as a street legal dirt bike, no title, if its classification is "dirt bike" like the rps hawk250.

I still have it, and its really loud and embarrassing when you want to use your turn signal and there's no other noise around. I think I will put tape on it to make it quieter.

Minnesota registration
All you need in Minnesota is the Manufacturers Certificate of Origin MCO, BILL OF SALE, the engine number whitch is not on the MCO. They give you the forms for DNR registration for off highway...
