I just saw the Lifan kpm 200 has the exact same led blinkers as my Vader 150.
After a wet day, these blinkers fog up.

It's the worst of 2.
I would prefer no overhead cams, just pushrod.
That way the engine has more torque, and able to go high speeds through extra tall gears.

Now that I've got over 1k miles on the bike, I've done my first oil change to 10W40.

After the break-in, I can testify that 10W40 is the better oil for this bike.
The difference between the 10w30...

Hawk/Templar seat comfort

I heard the Achilles heel on the Templar is it's less comfortable seat for longer rides, compared to the hawk.

My questions are:

1- How comfortable is the seat on the Templar?
Like, how long...

Hp rating of the engine doesn't change, but changing to taller gears, definitely changes HP to the wheels.
Not only because one can now reach top speed at hp peak, rather than at redline (where the...

Totally opposite of what I'd do, but, yeah, go with a 15t, and if you want more after that, get a larger rear sprocket. But I'm fairly sure 2 teeth on the rear will do a lot, allowing you more...

The real lazy way, is to top off the forks with either a real heavy oil (40 weight) or a real light oil (0 weight), to get lighter or heavier, without draining not overfilling.

I personally...

The Templar not only looks better, but weighs less too, if I believe that correctly.

I just swapped the 35 pilot to a 38 pilot jet.
Idle has become slightly less stable, but still well within expectations.

I upped the main jet from 110 to 115, adjusted 3-4 turns on the AF screw...

one site says "62x49.5", another says 138cc.
From the performance of this motor, I'd say the 138cc is probably closer than the 62x49.5 (=149cc).

You can use a chain breaker, to reinsert the rod in the chain and close the loop.
I've done several thousands of miles on an OEM chain which I've shortened this method.

Vader 150 PZ30 swap?

It's really difficult to do.
