make sure you use the removable type of loctite...

make sure you use the removable type of loctite otherwise if you ever need to disassemble the permanent stuff its a pain to release...

Ok here we go, I got most of the pieces cut...

Ok here we go, I got most of the pieces cut today. All cut and machined but the side plates, I'll do them tommorrow.

I agree "weld" that why I opted for the 6" over length. I think it should keep the shock pivot bolt on the swing arm in lieu of the axle housing...

I just bought a new Racing CDI for my 200cc and plugged it in only to get.....Nothing.... I ended up putting back on the original stock CDI and it starts right up. All the wires seem to match up...

Im guessing you just need the new rear axle. Your axle connects the same as mine and it should unbold from the swing arm relatively easily.... Their shoudl be four bolts and two chain adjusting...
