Battery voltage checked with engine not running. The terminals are cloudy and in our haste to get the bikes on the road we didn't brush them off.

Only checked battery voltage, steady @ 13.24 V. Thought about swapping the starter relay (I think that's what it is). Will post results from either or both swaps....
