Parts are slow and was wondering if any local dealers or parts suppliers nearby for quicker turn around times. But yes Gio can get some parts.
|
What type of parts are you needing?
Not sure if the Workhorse is modeled after any big name UTVs like the mule or rhino etc. |
All the consumables plus aftermarket. Tools like primary (front) clutch removal tool. "The right one" A better clutch, pads, shock components, disks ect.
|
Wow that looks like a nice machine. I though Gio was good about getting it's customers parts? I have no idea what that is a clone of, but I cant think of many (any) 3 cylinder Big Four engines.
|
Looks like they used the Honda Big Red UTV. Not an exact copy.
|
Do you know if the shocks, pads, disks and any consumables are the same? How about primary and secondary clutches. As the work horse ahs a 3 cyl suzuki engine in it? I guess my question is that if Giobikes goes belly up, where can i get parts for MY GIO Work Horse 800cc and MY Gio Rock liner 500cc? Thanks in Advance

Not sure. I would have had a had time buying something that expensive without knowing if it was supported.
If the engine is suzuki you may want to look into the japanese kei trucks. They have engine about the size. I have never seen the honda in person. You might need to make a trip to a local honda dealer and do your own comparison. |
Will do. I did find that its a copy pretty much of the Kazuma Mammoth UTV but thats Chinese also. That was the USA version that now sells here. But still most parts take a long time for sure. Thanks for your help thus far.

If it is anything like the bikes and ATV's, Many manufactuers will use the same parts. As the bigger ATV's and UTV's gain popularity, parts should become much easier I am guessing.
|
Maybe mistakenly, I was under the impression the engines were either Suzuki, or Subaru, clones.
