XP Pro Titan 250 DLX - Street Legal? - AL Registration

Hello,

First post, thanks for the forum! I ordered the XP Pro Titan 250 DLX (Powersports Max), has lights, blinkers, mirrors. One question tho, is it street legal? I am confused, after ordering I noticed a blurb about being "offroad only". I live in Alabama, hoping I can get insurance/registration. If not I can return the bike I guess.

The DXL is epa approved 49 states. MCO should state motorcycle. If not contact your dealer and have the correct it.
