VBike SB2

Anybody know anything about the Vbike SB-2 200cc sportbike?

at 300lbs it might be considered on the heavy side for a 200cc machine.
you might want to have a look at the nighthawk styled 250cc street bike over at anamcycles.

quick review?

Can you give us a quick review of your bike? Your experiences, likes dislikes, that sort of thing. Have you needed any parts? Is it fast enough for the highway? I'm trying to decide between this and the Lifan LF200iii, and it has the OHC engine. Thanks,
Eric

The bike would go 55mph but you had to have the bike screaming. It had a 41tooth rear sprocket. I had a 32 tooth made and it now goes highway speeds pretty easy. Did not take away from low end as far as I can tell. The mirrors only show my shoulders when I am riding. I have to look under my arms to see behind me in the mirrors. The only thing that has broken has been a clamp that holds the exhaust pipe on the right side. I had to weld it. It just broke again yesterday I have to weld it again today. Overall I like the bike. I have done the 115 main jet up from a 98, I have put a K&N style filter on and Drilled out the exhaust for better flow. I might have a 29tooth rear sprocket made to get a little more topend. I think the bike can handle it. I weigh about 182. I have a 2000 suzuki savage 650 and am thinking of selling it because I like my vbike so much.

sprocket

ddesens, where were you able to find a rear sprocket for it, and how much? Is it common with another bike?

ddesens 05-15-2008 08:08 AM

The sprocket is not common to another bike as far as I know. I had to send my stock sprocket to a company called PMP sprockets in texas to have one made. Costs $46. I have a 34tooth also that I didnt use that I would sell to somebody if they want it. It will be way better than stock. They now have the dimensions for the mounting surface on file so anyone can order a sprocket for this bike from them now without sending them there stock one.

How much do you want for the 34T sprocket?
