New CSC Mid Drive E-Bike
 

I just got an email from CSC announcing their new FT1000MD mid drive E-bike. They are pricing it at US $2995, with special preorder pricing of $2695 for those who preorder with a $200 deposit. Claimed availability is November/December 2021, but I wouldn't be surprised if that slips a bit, considering all the production and shipping backlogs that are occurring right now.

It caught my eye as I want a mid drive mountain type bike for trails closed to internal combustion engine powered vehicles. Don't think it was designed with that in mind so I'll keep searching.

The new CSC mid-drives look like great bikes. I hope they offer some mid-drives with narrower tires than the 4 inch tires. Personal preference.
