Xmotos XB33 starter issues
 

Hello fellow China Riders. I have an issue w/ my son's Xmotos XB33 50cc. When I press the starter button nothing happens, not even a clicking sound from the starter. Battery is new from the box.



I have opened the control box on the left side of the handle bar, where lights, turn signals horn and starter is located and all the cables inside the box seems in order. Please, help me out! It´s driving me nuts...

Are you holding in brake / clutch? My XMOTOS XB88 won't engage the starter unless the front brake is pulled. First bike I've ever had like that. Maybe take a look at the fuses first - and take a peek at the solenoid to see whether or not it's got connection too. Does it have a kick starter? Same procedure to kick on my bike: hold brake, kill off, ignition on, neutral, then kick.
