shorty levers on the hawk

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

these fit and function perfectly on the hawk, likely on any of the chinese bikes.

the price is better than replacing with originals.

they arent for everyone but ive gotten used to them over the years and prefer shorty's.

These look interesting to me.

Brand new rider on a TBR7 ... I don't like clutch shifting with all four fingers... sure the MFS instructors are cursing me right now, but I just feel more comfortable with 2 fingers on and 2 fingers off.

I might look into this.

Appreciate you sharing.

Reconsidering avoiding these (no offense).. there are some POO POO reviews on Amazon.

I've got a set of these in blue anodized on my Vader , i needed the shorties to make room for the stunt rear brake lever set up on clutch side, and havent had any issue with them. On the other hand, they are 40 dollar chinese assemblies, so there is always that risk , that said those same set ups can be as high as 200 - 300$ in USA / UK brands ,so i would hazard to guess as far as Amazon negative reviews goes some people ordered 40$ chinese levers then got all butthurt when they didnt match up to 200-300$ alternatives. I see this all the time, people go the absolute least expensive route then complain when they dont get results or quality like going top tier .
These have worked fine for me and i'm very hard on equipment since stunting , no matter how good you are, involves a LOT of throwing the bike down ,and i'd rather replace 40$ worth of crushed levers than 250$ worth.

an ox brake,, good move ive done the same, not soo much for stunting but more so i can grab that and lock the rear while i muscle the bike around obstacles.

Helps alot with a heavy bike.

the levers are at least as good as the stock shit on the hawk, its all made in china anyway. heck even the $200 shit is made in china Don't kid yourself.
