How do I find the right size Pod filter

Mikuni VM26 30mm Carb Carburetor PZ30 is the carb I ordered. I removed my air box but can't figure out how to find the right pod filter for it. How do you determine the size? or can someone just send me the link lol?

The PZ30 Carburetor has a 43-44mm O.D. (depending on who you buy from) on the carb inlet. Any air filter with a 42-45mm I.D. will fit on it and work.

The budget friendly option. Many of us run this one, including myself. works just fine. https://www.ebay.com/i/263928084278?chn=ps

There are plenty of other options out there depending on preference. The ne linked above is popular because it fits the stock type carburetors and clears the frame and body panels.

If you remove or modify the air box you can also use a silicon coupler and a piece of tubing to make your own intake tube and place the filter more under the seat like I did here. http://chinariders.net/showpost.php?...76&postcount=5

That is just a generic off the shelf crankcase breather filter you can get at almost any parts store. Or you can get them off of Amazon if you prefer. https://www.amazon.com/Spectre-Perfo...56997661&psc=1

Take said filter and hose to the hardware store and find a fitting or fittings that fit both the filter and hose end and clamp it down to both. Done. If you want to position it somewhere else, buy a new length of hose while at the parts store that you can cut down to size to get it to mount wherever you desire. The more vertical you make it, the less likely oil will seep past the filter element and drain back down the hose. The location in the picture of mine was just a temporary solution. I have it relocated to the top of the air box with a simple metal bracket that I can zip tie or clamp to.

If you want to take it a step further you can look into an oil separator as a "catch can." on the line. I am actually going to go pick up the parts I need to do this today at Harbor Freight. It's known as the "Danger Dave" catch can.

Skip ahead to 2:25 to see the parts he used.

Here's the angled version of the pod filter that I'm using: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Bent-Angled...XYx:rk:34:pf:0
