This company or shell of a company is just horrible. I bought a scooter a month ago, was delivered in rough shape rather than ready to ride as advertised. They have completely ignored every avenue I have tried to contact them through. Their warranty request form won't take submittals. They are ignoring the phone, live chat on their website is disabled. I still don't have any paperwork (mso, bill of sale, or title). The finance company is now involved.

If you check out their Facebook page there are alot of upset people that were guaranteed delivery before Xmas on sub 500 dollar quads. The company claims they got hung up in customs. I have been calling and emailing since the 23rd and nothing.

Glad I didn't. I originally was going to buy a vader from them til I called and they told me they were out and weren't getting anymore. Even though their website said that they were ready to ship:shrug:

You might want to get the California BBB involved, and it couldn't hurt to maybe speak to the L.A. County Attorney's office. California generally is very consumer friendly, and does not take kind to scam artists or fraudulent business practices. Here is a consumer affairs complaint link for L.A. County:

Thanks culcune, was filling out the BBB form on my phone here but the text was all wrong, going to repair my computer this afternoon and get it done. Just having trouble pinpointing an address for the company. The FTC online form is not active due to the government shutdown.

Hey, I woulda stuck to ordering from Venom Motorsports. They have a good rep with lots of reviews here on China riders and i own the x22 and love it. Great service too always have someone one the phone ready to help

Well, finally got my title. No tail lights tho.. still can't recommend them.

Wow! I hate you've had so much trouble but you just saved me a nightmare. I was so close to ordering from them.

I called a different company and I believe transferred to red fox
when I asked about the ready to ride option they said its completely assembled and tested


if it arrives in bad shape cant you refuse it ?

I just bought two Vader 125-10s from RedFox. My experience was positive, they confirmed their inventory via online chat. I placed my order online and 9 days later the bikes arrived with bills of sale and mco paperwork all ready for the dmv.

One of the bikes fired up easily, the other needed the plug to be properly tapped before starting up. Nothing very dramatic.

I didn't have a bad experience with them either really. The Hawk came pretty quick and turned out to be a nice bike. The MCO and bill of sale didn't come with it and I have it on order now. It's been two weeks.

My bike shipped directly from Ricky Power Sports.

I'm pretty sure a some of these china motorcycle companies are all the same people....but maybe not.
CRT motor inc. and RPS are def. connected. The motorcycle shipped from RPS and the MCO is coming from CRT.
