What Honda exhausts will for my zongshen cg200??
 

Looking to buy an exhaust. My headpipe is home made by previous owner and is really restrictive. I was looking at a head pipe on eBay from a 1986 xr200 . Looks similar. Only headpipe I see forsale is from Australia for the zongshen. So what Honda models share the same style/size exhaust as the zongshen clone. Anybody have a head pipe forsale? Thx

Those freight trike flexible https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=549011907741 can get the job done easily... Why not borrow that idea? Locate such flexible in some industrial catalog & made something in both ends...

I have a stock head pipe from my 2016 Hawk, if you want it. Free just pay for the shipping. It still has the cat in it. I have the muffler, if you want that also.

Will flow better than a stock Hawk head pipe with the cat in it. But the good news is if the Hawk head pipe fits, we can tell you where to go for an after market real good one...ARH

Yeah, if it fits, I would go with one of the eBay exhaust systems. If you don’t want to buy a new exhaust system, check out the forum. Many people have gutted the cat and modified the muffler.

I guess I wasn't clear enough. I should have told him outright to get yours, which, for only the cost of shipping, will tell him if it will work. Then he can use yours or buy the new exhaust system...ARH :hmm:

I pm Kirbo on the exhaust. I'm sure I can make it work/mod it to work. Thx again kirbo:) I'll let you guys know how I make out. He's gonna send me pics when he gets a chance.
