Grom clone in Cali?
Has anyone been able to get their grime clone plated in Cali? Was it hard? What was needed?

California is a tough one. Did the seller say that it was 50 state legal?

The dealer in Sac has a couple but it says only "green sticker". I'm not sure who makes them.

I like that Grom clone. I don't know all the terms. What does a green sticker allow? Just off road use?

Red sticker is "closed track" for the serious MX bikes. Why you'd want a non-streetable Grom is beyond me. |
I am of the impression these are CARB legal for the street. I could have sworn I saw it on one of the EPA 'on-highway' motorcycle lists within the past year or so. I will have to look again. Funny enough, the have 3 or 4 states listed (and California is NOT one of them) that the bike cannot be sent to on a either Powersportsmax's site or Superior's.
