Voltage Meter
Have any of you added a voltmeter to your bike?
I've got my eye on this one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mini-Waterpr...YAAOSwGotWpu2- I'm thinking of mounting on the RX3 just under the windshield support bracket. Maybe just using 3M double sided tape or perhaps even heavy duty velcro. Before I bite the bullet and buy one, I wanted to see if anyone had gone a more creative route. From what I can find so far on the web, they are either for cars or like this...but I just might not be looking at the right websites either. Be great to hear some feedback friends. Cheers! |
I use these on my bikes, just a simple LED color coded to appropriate voltage. Easy install and takes up very little space.

Hi Rukanzen,
I see you are a fan of the German soccer team . But I have to let you know that your key fob/bottle opener is out of date. Because there need to be four stars since 2014 :yay:. Have a nice day and lot of fun with the bike!! PS: I like your mods and I love the color of your bike. |
I bought some small 3 digit meters about a year ago, seems they were $2 or $3 apiece on ebay. So far have only used one, cut a rectangular hole in my 1953 ford tractor dash and glued it in. Tractor off reads about 6.3 and gets around 7.1 when running. I been meaning to stick one on my klx too.
