Zongshen RX3 Torque Specifications: Please Contribute!

If you discover a torque specification for a critical bolt of the Zongshen RX3, please contribute it to this thread. :) I will gather the information from this thread, and add the confirmed torque specifications to a closed thread, which is pinned to the top of this forum, at the following link. Thank you for your help. :)

Thank you, RT. I will add it to the list. :)

Correct me if I am wrong, but am I considering buying a do-it-yourself maintenance bike that doesn't have published torque specifications?:hmm:

The Owner's Manual which comes with the bike is excellent. However, it is not a full service manual. It does not include information for assembling and disassembling the engine, and it does not have torque specifications for most of the bolts.

I purchased full service manuals for my other bikes, and they include tables with torque values for different size bolts. You can also call Gerry at CSC, and he will also provide you with bolt torque specifications.

If you have further questions regarding this matter, I suggest you contact CSC for more information. ;)

I edited those info into smaller (~10? kb) html in my local drive. Any volunteer (for translation & hosting)?

Thank you for reminding me of this thread, HB. :) Do you think the author of this thread is reliable? Where did he get the information?

If the information is good, I think my web browser can translate it well enough for me to gather the data we seek. :)

I would love to purchase an RX3 Service Manual in English. :) Have you ever seen one, HB?
