It all depends on what you want out of a bike. The Ninja is a great and reliable steed. But you won't want to go off-road with it. The RX3 is a good bike, as many of us who have bought them have come to know. Yes, they have some quirks which you can read about here and over on ADV Rider which I see you are also on. You really need to think about where you want to ride. Light dirt road riding and pavement is the RX3s sweet spot. It won't have the pickup/pep that your Ninja does but is fairly flickable on tar and can easily carry luggage for a multi-day excursion. May get to 80 or so on the highway but prefers cruising under 75 otherwise. There are several low mileage, pre-owned ones for sale that you can pick up to save some $$ - that would be my suggestion if you are 'on the fence' - then you may be able to keep your Ninja too!
