RX3 engine modification technical data
 

Hi everyone ,now here is a little project I would like to try , maybe there are some Quad Race guys that have tried my idea,
1.Question take the NC250 cc water cooled engine ,
2. Replace the 82m piston with a NC450cc 92m piston and Cylinder.
Question .
Will the NC250 cylinder have enough material to machine to 92m.
Or would the NC450 fit the holding studs without machining the Engine crank cases.
3. I understand the NC450 Conrod stroke is longer but I did not want to change the engine stroke .
4. I have done some calculations in my head and belive the the big end bearing are the same size in the 250cc and 450cc . But not sure on small end bearing size .
