Chines bike maybe
 

I have a chines bike, i think so.
Engine didnt start and i want to open the engine and do a clear from everything but i need to know what spare parts i can use. I have a 164FML Engine 200cc vertical.

I cant find nothing about it on Internet. Is this engine a CG200 or something else?

I need help with this. If i can revive the engine i would do evrything new on the bike. she is very old was from my friends father and he is nos abaout 70 years old :D:shrug:

maybe can someone help my with this engine (i only can see 164FML and on the side of the engine CDI in big).

Welcome! It sounds like you might have a CB200, based on the cover that says CDI. Please share a picture.

What do your mean CB200 or CG200? I think it is a CG200 on the second img you can see this screw in the middle of the engine. I'm right?

That is a CG based pushrod engine. The big giveaway is the big flathead cap on the cylinder body where the cam followers go, so yes you are right. You could call it a CG200 if you wanted to.

Can i buy spare parts for CG200 will work 100% to repair it or have i a problem?

Can someone tell my what i need for the first start. I dont have any electronic or somthing its all cut in twice : /.
Need new 200cc CDI, Coil, Battery and complet wiring right? something more? Need I more thing for engine start?

There are a few others available if you do a google search for Honda CG125 manual.

Chinese are lazy ass. CB/ CG are based from Honda. CB- OHC | CG - OHV There's some crazy stuff http://ku-motor.blogspot.com/2012/06/blog-post.html can be fitted in CG case.U forgotten the "spark plug". Anyways http://www.dansmc.com/mc_repaircourse.htm will guides u.
Most chinese CG uses square CDi (as Kymco CK125) , some are round (as Honda CG)

The basics are shown in http://www.sanxin.com.cn/Exhibit/exhview.asp?pid=5 . Jump some wires when need.
If bike's alternator still OK ***AC-cdi*** battery is optional IF u can bump/ kickstart it manually. Quick fix for BAD source coil= swap to "DC-CDI" which needs battery & rectifier.

i will go with a AC-CDI (need then only Spark plug, Coil, AC-CDI right?) an try to kick first after see if the engine is OK.

You will need to work out what the stator has output for, either AC ignition or not. which I think is the red wire or DC which then has 3 yellow for charging, blue/white trace for pickup and green white trace pickup earth. HumansBeing knows this better then me.

I take the time today to repair my 2 stroke 125 and then I have a bit of time free so I take all the pitbike apart. I need some more time for the engine. I'm not a mechanic so I need to learn on the way I do it :tup:

I see trough the engine and the air intake and the explosion camber didn't see wery well, was brown... But I need to see if it only dirty then I can clean it.

So I want to do some mini-motard with slick tires and so. Do you think it is possible from this frame out or can I just forget it :)?

I hace this 2 wire cables coming out. The big one from starter and the smaller from stator in the engine.
