Going to need more info.

What makes you think its an electrical problem?

And really there is only one answer to this and that is 'no spark at the plug'.

If there is no spark at the plug the first thing I check is the kill switch and then all the safety switches. Both brakes, kick stand, neutral etc.

Then I would check to verify no spark when using electric start and no spark when kick starting.

Now you have confirmed an actual problem. Start at the spark plug and test the wiring going backwards until you find power. The first thing to test would be the spark plug wire, then the coil and then keep going until you find where the power stops/starts.

Let us know some more info.

The problem is, I cant start anywhere as I need to make a whole new loom, I got the bike for free, without a loom unfortunately:cry:

Well now that is a problem. The wiring harnesses for anything China are almost universal fit. But you should be able to search Loncin 250 motorcycle wiring harness and get yourself a complete brand new harness. They aren't exactly plug and play but it will be a good start.

Here you go.

Any pic from the actual bike (especially the engine)?
Very few chonda 250 using "ALL DC" system as above , it maybe a Suzuki clone :hi: Some1 may put wrong electronics when hope it works & ended up in ur hand as a freebie :lmao:
Anyway chonda reading should be similar to (DC cdi system more less the SAME)
