tubeless tire

Hola Chineros, I need a front tire and found a btrubber 100/90 18 (http://rr.runrun.mx/index.php?id_pro...roller=product). I need the tube type but the seller only has the tubeless tire because the another one will take, at least, two weeks to get it plus another week to ship me. I asked in a motorcycle shop about tube and tubeless and told me that if the rim has spoke I need a tube type. Should I wait or get the tubeless tire?

:thanks:

There are some sizes 90/90 18 and/or 3.0/18, can I use this size?

It's ok to put a tube in a tubeless tire.

If you do put a tube in the tire I would get a heavy duty tube. I bought both for mine and what a huge thickness difference between stock and heavy duty.

Either size tire will fit your front rim. :)

You do need an inner tube because your front wheel has spokes. I agree with the others; it is perfectly fine to put an inner tube inside a tubeless tire. :)

Hola Chineros, I installed a new front tire (90x90 18) two months ago. Below some pics of Vento taken at my work place in the Chihuahuan desert.

I like the attitude your bike has, mostly due to that tank.

Chineros, what kind of gasoline are you using on the sierra? I am using 80 octane and doing 22-24 km/l which I think is very low. Should I use above 90 octane? The tw200 owner manual says use regular gasoline (below 90 octane)?

Thanks

I need to find a bigger tank like that for my bike. I got a tiny tank.

Regular gas in the US is 87 octane (R+M)/2... I found this on the web regarding fuel in Mexico...
Quote:

MAGNA
This mid-grade fuel is sold from a bright Green pump, and is Mexico's most popular unleaded gasoline. (Regular Unleaded 87 octane). Most vehicles will run acceptably on "Magna" (as it's popularly called in Mexico).
I would think that is what you want to use.

Cheers

Tries 3:1 [MAGNA / PREMIUM] because LY200 c/r is 9.5:1 |http://www.carbibles.com/fuel_engine_bible_pg3.html http://tw200forum.com/forums/99648/ShowPost.aspx

I use regular octane fuel in my Zongshen ZS200GY-2, and I have recorded over 69,000 miles on the odometer. :)

I'm using magna gas and still getting 22-24 km/l. I want to buy a spartha 2 by Kurazai that can get 38 km/l but need to sell mine because don't have space for another one. I did my search about the Tekken 250cc but there are no spare parts in case of a broken part.
