Looking for 18" rear wheel with drum brake hub

I just got a 2005 Kinroad GY200 (the markings on the plastics say "Newstar DB200") and the rear sprocket is bent, and the lugs have been JB welded into the hub by the previous owner. I'm trying to figure out a solution or find a new rear wheel.

I was lucky enough to find a complete wheel assembly off of a Honda XL185 on the Bay

The older GY200 model bikes had a lot of clone XL185 parts, such as the wheels. We used to use 'XL185' to order rear sprockets.
