Finally on a Hawk
Here's an extremely brief walk around and short ride, on my 2015 Hawk. Don't mind the different signals from left to right; I had a circuit board snap on one of the new led lights, so I just made things match on each side.
She's definitely taken a couple of light spills with her last owner, but for $600 plus repairs, at 29km, I can't complain. Especially since a friend at the local bike shop straightened the front wheel for free  Enjoy the track/woods! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EWUDtVFte3o |
How is that ATV seat pad working out on your Hawk? Is it pretty comfortable?
The bike sounds like it's running nice. Enjoy |

The seat pad is pretty comfortable; it definitely keeps me in place better. I think I'll appreciate it more, once I'm doing 40mph+ with it. |
You found Pinkie Pie! She is my favorite "My Little Pony".
Nice video and I can tell that you have ridden off road before. |

Thanks for the compliment, but this is my first non-sportbike. Other than the Hawk, I've only ever ridden a dirtbike once. Definitely getting used to putting my foot down, in turns  |
I had to make the same adjustment, having ever only ridden standards, muscle bikes, and sport touring to this point. The center of gravity and weight made for quite the adjustment with cornering lol.

So... I'm having, perhaps too much fun. Someone want to take a peek at the latest video, maybe tell me if I'm expecting my Hawk to take too much punishment?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A8ISMRCwgg4&t=31s Thanks in advance! |

And *EXACTLY* the kind of riding these thumpers were made for!! |
Sweeeeeeet... :thanks: It doesn't seem to mind, but I thought I'd check around
