Hi Mikieboy.

Something is definitely wrong on the carb. I don't know much about carbs, but I think it's the idle mixture adjustment screw. There are some carb experts on this forum that can tell you exactly what's missing, and probably what to do about it.

I hope you can get it fixed quickly!

That's the air screw, it is blocked as an anti tamper measure. Is there so the owner can't mess with it and screw with the emissions

First thing you need to do is pull that carb, throw it in the garbage & replace with a genuine Mikuni VM22!!

That is a good option or a Keihin PE26.
