i used paypal ... told them i was going to file a claim through them if they were not going to make good on it ... maybe that was why

well, true to their word, my new plastic is here, and perfect ... over all they have redeemed themselves ... the bike is super, the shipping was a little silly, they should send the mco/bos at the same time as the bike, just not on the same truck ... there was a time i would have said not to buy from them, but over all, the did just fine and i would even use them again if i buy again.
