Stretching China bike

Anyone have success stretching one of the grom clones? If so what kit did you use?

Assuming you're referring to stretched swing arms, there is nothing. You're own your own. These are cheap Chinese bikes with little aftermarket support.

Completely understand that, I'm questioning whether adapting a kit for an actual grom will work or somewhat work, if dimensions are completely off or it's doable with motivation and the right tools

I added 75mm 3" into the frame of my boys pit bike..
cut the frame under the tank and added it there..

I'm sure enough money can be thrown at it and something fabricated. I know nothing from the grom aftermarket that would bolt right up. There were some aftermarket extended swing arms for the Grom. Still not a cheap option.

Depends on the bike. Grom parts fit the SSR Razkull. Not sure about the Vader. I did get a fender eliminator kit to work. Had to drill out the holes on the bike, they were close tho. I've been thinking about stretching my Vader as well. Not sure if I want to be the first to tackle that project. I'll probably wait to see what someone else does first and go from there. Also, you can check out brokerichguy on youtube, he has a Razkull lowered, stretched, and with a new exhaust all of which were for the grom. If I were you, I'd ask him about a stretch kit.
