anyone have the scoup on esellibuy?

ever buy a motorcycle here? or heard of anyone buying one?
says $200 international shipping and no customs tax...
prices seem normal on few bikes, but some are too good to be true....

You would probably never get a straight answer as fas as EPA certification goes
