Tennessee Hawk Success
Bought my Hawk from Q9 Powersports. On the certificate of origin, it was listed as a "motorcycle" body type. There was no wording about not being manufactured for road use or the phrase off-road only. The Shelby County Clerk registered it and gave me a plate. The make is listed as "RPS" just like my certificate of origin had. Geico insured it with the make "Haosen".

Good deal! Tennessee is GREAT about being very easy going when it comes
to TTL business. They WANT your money and bend over backwards to get it! :lmao: Some states are just too uptight. I will be down your way Friday. Ameriespa 2016 is going on right now! iwas supposed to be there tomorrow through Saturday, but my wife has an emergency dentist appointment tomorrow, ad I have a job to do Saturday, so I am just gonna get up at like 5AM and ride down to Memphis from Paris Friday morning to get in at least one day of this massive event. ( over 600 scooters registered for the event! ) Take care and ride safe!!! |
