2008 Shineray 200XY Dual Sport, 95 original miles, $1200 obo

2008 Shineray 200cc Dual Sport with 95 original miles.

Broken rear fender/license plate bracket ($25 part).

Needs new battery, but runs well without it. Electric/Kick start

Never titled/registered, but I have the Certificate of Origin
