Chinese atv won't start, got fuel and spark...
 

So I recently acquired a Chinese atv, it was not running, put on a new carb,fuel line, and plug and it started right up drove it a little bit but it would die at times and at one point would not start back up. Pulled the carb wich is new and blew out the jets for insurance and nothing. Checked the timing, re adjusted the valves, made sure head , exhaust and carb were tight and still nothing. Getting plenty of fuel and has great spark but will not start.. any ideas? BTW just noticed that if I jiggle the plug wire while trying to start, it sounds more like it wants to pop over...

Have you adjusted the idle mixture?
