That XR100R is a very nice find.
I'm with you. I would certainly spend $40 for the CRF70 plastic instead of $600 for Honda plastic. :wtf: |
Good score, Dave! We were camping with a family on the weekend, and their 12YO son has exactly that bike. Very nice.
Thanks for posting. I figured you had dropped off the map. |
The plastics have arrived. And they look great :)

Well here it is
Not as much as a direct swap as I read. Rear fender I knew already wasent. But side covers were not either. Front fender was :) It turned out great anyways. And for 6 bucks a piece for replacements. Can't really go wrong http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...3A4D2F8FC7.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...E4E7334776.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...3CFB92DF13.jpg I have been picking away at the 1100 in the background. Not much update on it though. Just cleaning the carbs lol Have to sort out some wiring. But I took ignition apart and removed all the key waffers? Works with any key now lol. Also got gas cap open crescent wrench and a flathead. Also works with any key now lol. This is how it'll stay till it's more completed at least it's functional Dave |
The new plastic looks nice. :)
