China moto dealer, Chorrillos, Peru

I was in a shopping mall in Chorrillos the other day and was surprised to see this display and sales point for a Chinese moto dealer, China motos are mainstream here.

Interesting.

Those look similar to Q's, and I wonder if they are produced by Quing Qui (or however its spelled  )

If so this may be a source of the coveted LUGGAGE RACK for USA and Canadian Q/Konker owners. :P

Doc, UM is United Motors, http://www.umglobal.com/ There are a lot of Chinese moto companies in Peru, I'm clueless on who builds what

United Motors is no longer operating in the United States. :( United Motors was importing the Korean, Hyosung street bikes, and rebadging them as UM motorcycles. UM was also importing Chinese dirt bikes, and Chinese, dual sport motorcycles.

Spud :)

Indeed, that's a nice looking bike, OG! :D How big is the engine in that motorcycle? Do you have a link to a website? UM went out of business in the United States. :(

Spud :)

I might be wrong, but the frame, swingarm, and fuel tank look different on this UM bike, Doc. ;) Here's a link to some photos of the Megelli 250R.

Wow, 75cc per cylinder? That looks like a lot of weight for 150cc to push around.
