Just curious, what is the difference between the first carb Weld listed and this one that I bought for the Rhino ATV

I know there is one, its just not immediately jumping out at me.

No difference; same carb.

Glad to hear that! What jetting did you use?

Just adjusted the idling screw, didn't have to do anything else with jetting yet. The improvement is day and night already, but please let me know if you have any insights or experience.

GIO BIKES is selling this model in Canada now... I think $2600 cdn .. plus taxes same carb so the mukini upgrade is needed... just sold one and now the guy is happy with the new carb.... the front fork is suppose to be raked and better then the 31 and 35 model... rides nicer.... any one have some thoughts on ride improvement.... fork oil , etc...??? I tell every one to use the tire pressurize caps for the tires... to let you know your air pressure of your tires... you can get them at most stores... like PRINCESSAUTO in Canada.. and I would guess harbor freight... saves tearing the tube valve stem off

here is the tire caps... I did not get the link but they were about $2.50 for a set of 4 PLUS FREE SHIPPING.... your crazy if you do not buy them for that price.... I just order 4 sets... $10.00 cdn

kohburn 05-04-2016 12:22 PM

i never had it happen but I've read from people who had those tire caps come apart and result in rapid deflation on the highway. just a heads up if you use those.

caps

Lot of people with stories... I think it is better to have them on... and not wreck a tube because of careless ... I do not know how it would do that..... but you never know what some people can do....

Weldangrind 05-05-2016 01:15 AM

That cap has to press on the Schrader valve in order to provide a visual reading. If the sealing portion of the cap failed while it is pressing on the valve, the tube would leak.

I'll use a tire gauge instead.

I'm too old school for that fancy cap. This is what I use.

Weldangrind 05-06-2016 11:18 AM

Mag00, those are really smart. Not only do they have sealing washers inside, they have the core tool to tighten the Schrader.

Sweet looking bike. Pure off road. Just what I have been looking for.

Would you mind telling me where you got it and how much you got it for?

I assume you are in NY. I'm in CT so shipping would probably be comparable.

How has the bike been doing since you bought it? You have about a year on it now haven't you?
