How would I go about repairing this. 2016 200 Denali/ Tmec

I wonder if the Hawk/TT250 adjusters are the same dimensions? If you can measure the inside of the swing arm tube I can see if it matches my Hawk. If so, then you can order a set from CSC for the TT250. Unless somebody can provide a link to your specific part, it is at least an option.
This is each, so if you want two, make sure you set the quantity to 2. http://www.cscmotorcycles.com/TT250-...p/zt26-107.htm |
Thank you I’ll be sure to measure and check it out tomorrow

Man I really need to change my user name I made that email when I was about 12 and I thought a corvette was the coolest car in the world I didnt realize till a few years later that I spelled vet wrong. But yeah I own no chevys but I do have a fleet of VWs

So I found this Parts listing to Denali 200 of course I the company doesnt actually sell the parts.
https://sunright.s3.amazonaws.com/im...7.15.2015_.pdf Have not had a chance to pull mine out to see check it against the TT250 one you posted but I may just order them and make um work. I bought my bike used I think I am going to find the guys number I bought it from and see where he got it and see if they can get parts. He bought it assembled somewhere here in GA. |
The swing arm looks to be the same as the Hawk and TT250. It should work.

This it off the bike appears to maybe be aluminum and has a bolt welded to it so I may try to find a matching bolt and see if I can get it tacked at a local trade School. That is if I can get the original out I don’t own a dremel.

The pics could be deceiving, but it doesn't look like aluminum to me. Does a magnet stick to it?

You could probably use a rotary tool and cut the tack weld and just replace the bolt. If you don't have a welder you could just use a nut with a lock washer and tighten it in place.

I found a matching bolt, tourched the old one out, ground a notch to fit the new one in, aligned it the best I could and welded it in. It was galvanized not aluminum good call. Just installed it but how do I make sure the back tire is properly aligned?
