Offroad foot pegs

I see that CSC has some offroad footpegs for $100 but wondering if anyone has found another compatible set that is cheaper? I see this set on amazon but without any dimensions for the width of the mount, angle of mount, length of mount for stop and diameter of hole I can't tell if they would work and can't find any other details but they sure are cheap!

Are you looking for wider or just more grip?

Popping the cushion rubber inserts out of the stock pegs gives you the toothy aspect.

I also recall that a certain RX3 owner offers adaptors that allow you to use bicycle pedals that give larger surface area as well as a bit of pivot action.

I want a bit of both. Good grip with my Alpinestar Tech 1 AT boots but also a bit wider for stability.

The rotating mount looks interesting and I'll have to think a bit on that. I am a mountain biker so pedals aren't an issue. just thinking about the functionality of offroad and movingt he foot forward for shift or brake and having the pedal roll under and slip off. hmm.....

Thanks, I'll ponder on it a bit!

I have pivit pegs on my XT660...
they have quite a strong spring to centre them.. & only pivit when
you are standing moving foward or aft.. so yer ankle can stay
straight...

The prob with a lot of after market pegs is there is to much
internal stucture that stops mud clearing though the peg easly...
The pivit pegs are like that aswell

Those are nice pegs. I like that they are spring loaded. Now, to know if they fit?!?

I don't know the brand, but Spud is using some $15 Chinese wide foot pegs on his Zong and they were working great, and Lord knows Spud has tested them.

Wide footpegs are much more comfortable when standing a lot, especially if your boots don't have extra stiff soles.

I have the same pegs on my TW200, except I think I paid $10.00 shipped. Best $10.00 upgrade ever.

Spud, do you know what moto those footpegs were made for and did you have to make any modifications?

I reached out to CSC since they are always so great with answers and this is what they said:
" The only thing we have is our steel pegs.
There is not a set out there from a different bike that fits the RX3, We tried just about everything so that is why we made our pegs."
