Magician Purchase Great -Q9 Pwer Sprts
 

So I ordered the RPS Magician from Q9 Power Sports on Friday 4/27/18 with confirmation 2-3 hrs after. The shipment arrived from RL Carriers the next Thursday 5/3/18 in good condition, no tears or punctures in the outside container. I paid $1248 shipped to my door. Bike had two broken parts that were not the fault of the carrier but mfg defects. I called Q9 and the claim was submitted and received a email notification that the parts are shipping on Monday 5/7/18. Each time I have called and talked to someone there, very nice and helpful. While filling the claim the same person took my vin and is processing the MCO/MSO. I would highly recommend this company and plan on purchasing another bike from them mid summer for my son.

That's the way a business should be run. :tup:

Warranty update/ MCO/MSO arrived
 

So a quick update on a warranty issue I had with my front wheel and the speed sensor. Q9 has taken care of the Wheel and it arrived today. I have not received information on the speed sensor but I am sure it will be taken care of. Service has pics of my issue and working on my behalf. Very helpful and responsive. Top Notch customer service from their Service department.

MCO/MSO arrived and looks great. Pre-filled in all the information for me and notary stamped. copy of Invoice on their letter head. I'll update again next week when I go get it plated.
I plan on purchasing another bike from them next month. I would hightly recommend Q9 Power Sports.
