Any support for a maxfine?

I've got this mxf150-4n with large bits of wire harness missing

My google-fu is failing me for diagrams, manuals etc.

The bore is 61 OR 62 mm? Those parts are CHEAP in taobao.com.

I recommend that you use Google Chrome to view the page, and allow it to translate automatically. Not perfect, but usually workable.

Rix86 10-30-2014 01:12 AM

I'll try that. Thanks.

Those 61mm OHC are related to GL145.

Thanks for the info thus far.
The google chrome translation is ........ Amusing. But may still be of use.
Ima try to get after this a bit today.

And I gotta say.... The 21/19 wheel size seriously surprised me.

For all it is worth, see if a TMEC 200 parts catalog shows that bike using a similar diagram:

http://www.atv4usa.com/catalogs/TMEC200-1.pdf

(page 19 and 20)

Rix86 11-01-2014 04:16 PM

Well I got it running ( needs carb work and exhaust leak fixed)
I gotta find something to do with the ignition lock. I have no key. Lol

zingshoen 11-02-2014 04:36 AM

replacement lock? or toggle switch? if i am not wrong  you ll need two toggle switches, one for the light circuit and one for the ignition. you could mount it somewhere hidden and won t need no key again. keep the ignition barrel mounted as a decoy.

looks like a fairly new bike.

Rix86 11-02-2014 11:12 AM

This ignition switch is weird.
I can't tell what the pictograms on the switch are supposed to mean. It has two wires with continuity "on?" And 2 with continuity "off?" And the lock/fork lock position has no contacts. I also can't read the secondary light switch. The wiring diagram posted doesn't match wire colors so I'm a little confused there.

It's a 2004, odo reads 190 something miles iirc.
Edit: 193.6 miles.
Speedo cable is ripped off. Tach cable is ripped off.
On the positive side, I got the kill switches and ignition switch parts of the engine side done. Now for rectifier lights and gauges..

Most wiring diagram shows Honda color coding BUT that bike maybe a "hybrid" (the insurment is Suzi style)
Color doesn't mean ANYthing in used (PO may hacked it) / off brand (Maker may use whatever on hand) , trace w/ test lamp , multimeter for exact meaning. http://www.dansmc.com/electricaltesting.htm

Most chinese odo reads in km (times 5/8 is the approx mile reading).
