0-60 time of a Chinabike
Since we are getting the Lifan KPR200 (fairing) and KP200 (non-fairing) in the US (and already have the Zongshen RC3 and RZ3) and both are certified by the EPA/DOT and on the 2017 certification list, I find it interesting what a 200cc can do nowadays. This is NOT an air-cooled bike, but rather liquid-cooled and fuel-injected, and will sell for more $ than a 229cc air-cooled 'sport bikes' like the several so-called 'Ninjas' out there (have no idea how they continue to get away with using that name in the US), but since we already have the CSC RC3 full-fairing, and soon to have the RZ3 naked, I think it will be interesting to see them compared head-to-head. In the meantime, we can watch a Russian comparison of the Lifan KPR200 and Loncin GP250 (we don't have those). The Lifan beats the larger engine GP250 to 100 kph (6.28 seconds, which means the 0-60 MPH time will be ever so slightly quicker) and has a higher top speed (124 kph = 77 mph) in this video. I have seen videos of the Lifan with higher top speeds (90+ mph), but probably after some work, or perhaps a longer straightaway. You probably want to forward the video to around 5:44 where the action is, but if you speak and/or understand Russian, you might want to watch the whole thing.

Geezzz. I don't give a hoot about the 0-60 time, I just put it on mute and enjoyed watching that beautiful Russian gal yammering away!
Russian, Chinese, American...............don't matter to me. When my English speaking wife talks all I hear is "blah blah blah blah FOOD! blah blah blah " :lmao: |

She breaks out a tape measure and I think that was for seat height and then climbs on each bike to pump the forks. Oh my!
