Went for a ride today to try out a cheap suction cup camera mount. I did attach a light cable lanyard just in case. It stayed stuck for 177 miles. Here is just a quick clip.

Went out to play today. Had some fun...

before the sky opened up and drenched me. I mean drenched where the only dry spot was my hair inside my helmet. And there isn't much of that left to get wet anyway.
Then on the other side of a nice left hander that opened into a little dip that hid what was coming up. Here is what was on the other side of the dip...

And even though there aren't any lawns along there, just the sides of the road, that grass continued on to spoil the remaining set of curves...

This particular road is a favorite for cruisers, full dress touring bikes, and sport bike riders. Some of whom can't resist riding a bit ... ummm... spirited. Just my opinion but I don't think the residents much care about the speed so much as the noise from a bike at full chat with a loud aftermarket exhaust. So I can't help but wonder if the grass might be a passive/aggressive statement?

90 degrees here today. Not too terrible as long as I kept my KPR 200 moving. I had lots of fun and I even thought about reaching down in this curve to see if I could touch the road with my fingers. I chickened out.

Supposed to rain tomorrow so I made hay while the sun shined.

I just love fresh pavement that has had a chance to be rained on and cure for a few days. No dirt, no oil, no potholes. Just smooooth traction.

Played with my KPR 200 a little today. Glad those yellow signs are just a recommended speed. Come ride with me for a few moments......https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wCmWGezD_24

I was feeling my Cheerios today. I love how the KPR likes to lean.

Them little patches of concrete...man! Is that a little bridge or something?

I remember making a right turn on my Harley and it was raining a little. The front tire hit a manhole cover and pushed through the entire thing. I thought I was going down for sure, put my right foot down and was able to manhandle it back upright.

That was a short bridge indeed. The front pushed at the moment shown in the picture. I didn't put my foot out but shifted my weight left and forward a little but the front end had already regained full traction anyway. But it was a pucker moment.
